The pictures on page one were taken several years ago. This year, 2010, we took a golf cart around the island looking for ironwork examples that I missed previously or for new work.
Most of the work on page one came from within the main part of town at the north end of the island. On the other hand, most of this work comes from "out of town", along the main roads, around the lagoon and in the small suburbs.
There could well be a lot of high quality work to be seen if one dared to sneak down some of the many dirt roads that lead into the jungle at various points. Maybe that kind of activity will occur some other year.
